James scored 33 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists, while Corey Brewer added 23 points and 10 assists.
Cavs forward Isaiah Thomas added 21 points, eight rebounds and four assists.
James, who is averaging 26.3 points and 12.8 rebounds, finished with 21 points and nine rebounds in the series opener.
James led Cleveland with 26 points in the opener, but the Cavs went on a run to take a 76-70 lead.
James made five of his eight 3-point attempts, while Brewer and Thomas each had five points.
James was 11 of 18 from the field and grabbed 10 rebounds.
He scored seven points in a span of just under 12 minutes of the fourth quarter.
Thomas also had five assists and nine points in that period.
Brewer added nine points and five rebounds in that span.
James had his first career triple-doubles, adding 27 points and 13 rebounds in Game Three.
He also added 12 assists and seven rebounds in a 104-95 win in Game Two.
Brewer finished with 23 points, but was 2 of 12 from 3-pointers in Game One.
James also scored 20 points and 14 rebounds in an 84-74 win over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday.
He had 20 points, six rebounds and three assists in Game Seven.
